Legion Solid

Track Bowling | Legion Solid (2022)

An Extra Kick Down the Lane!

The Legion Solid is not a remake of the original Legion but an improvement on one of Track’s most requested releases. This one features the same proven LT-2 core found in previous releases but with a solid version of our Prime Response cover used in our Proof line. The updated cover gives the Legion Solid the same mid-lane reaction as the original, with an extra kick down the lane.

Extremely Reliable

I like the Legion solid with surface, lane shine, 1000 thru 4000 on the ball spinner, polished, sheen. Almost any way I can get it. If you have read any of my past post once I find a ball that is versatile, I am extremely happy. The Legion Solid gives me the assurance I can play with it on almost any condition. I was able to use it in league one night with the box surface played way in so I would be away from the track area. The Legion Solid stayed on the path then gradually made its way to the pocket. I was impressed the ball wasn’t DOA at the pocket, it didn’t catch something down lane and dive left into the 1-5. The Legion Solid had that smooth easy controlled readable reaction I enjoy seeing. I bowled with the Legion Solid a few more times just to get that lane polish look, and I also wanted to see how long it took for the lane polish just in case I like the box surface better. The Legion Solid seems to roll even better with the surfaces I mention in the first sentence of this post. Rightfully so I seem to get better pin carry now that the Legion Solid seems to store more energy. I have played straighter as well as created a big angle, the Legion Solid doesn’t have much it cannot do. If you are looking for a bowling ball that can be used on just about any lane condition, and you get the bonus of changing the cover with surface adjustments. I would suggest giving the Legion Solid a try.

Favorite release of 2022

This ball has been in my bag since my first practice session. It came with the same reliability of Legion releases in the past, but with more pop and more versatility. I am able to use this ball almost anywhere. A must have from '22!

It's BAAAACK!

The black Legion Solid that was released years ago was one of my favorites, so I was awaiting the purple Legion Solid with MUCH anticipation. Let’s just say… The Legion Solid is BACK and better than ever! I put my favorite layout on this one, and boy is it good! SUPER smooth and continuous down the lane. Excellent option for the fresh patterns, whether you’re looking at a night of league or a challenge/sport pattern. You want control, this is it!

Legion Solid never disappoints!!

Well, I'll tell you folks Legion Solid (Black) was an all time favorite and this new Purple one is even better. I change surface to 5K CTD and my legion went from good to great. I have slower ball speed so i need balls that allow me to control my breakpoint and this ball is as advertised. If you liked the original, you would love this new release.
