Manufacturer’s Intent: Track’s intent with the all new 508A is to bring you a new and improved version of the original 505A.
The 505A featured the MP GEN3 Coverstock and a new performance pearl additive which helped in making the ball so angular. The new 508A uses the same popular Legion Core that you will find in the 607A SE, but we have tweaked this core a bit to match our all new MP GEN 4 Pearl Coverstock. However, the 508A does not contain the performance pearl additive found in the 505A. Why not? There was no need, the new MP GEN 4 Pearl Coverstock is strong enough on its own that it was not necessary to combine this with the pearl additive.
The 508A, with the help of the new MP GEN 4 reactive Pearl Coverstock, is designed to be stronger off the spot that its predecessor. The 508A also brings a different surface than the 505A as now we use three different grits of Abralon® pads, 800 Abranet®, 1000, and 2000 Abralon®, followed by Powerhouse™ Factory Finish Polish.
The intermediate diff is a higher in the new 508A which provides more flare potenial and a stronger overall core than the 505A. The changes we have made to the new 508A, from the new MP GEN 4 reactive pearl veneer to the modified Legion Core, should provide you with a quicker responsive and overall more agrressive product than the previous 500 series balls.

On February 2, 2010, Track introduced the 715C to the world. Since then they have been working on a new-and-improved version, designed to be used in a larger volume of oil but still offering bowlers the controlled arcing motion they expect. The new 716C is a more versatile product for the masses. Available October 20, 2011.

To make the most continuous midlane ball motion our R&D team could produce. Yes…“C” is for continuous, not control. The new Blade Asymmetric core shape boasts an awesome amount of midlane power, specially designed for midlane continuous ball motion. Our chemists have come up with yet another new and stronger coverstock formulation, one that has a rather unique side effect…a unique HAZE to it. Our team can only describe it as a HAZE that will change its appearance in differing environmental conditions. This HAZE has no bearing on performance, but the look is phenomenal! Some will haze more than others and some will change appearance just from using the product. It is truly a unique blend, and we are sure you will agree, a spectacularly performing bowling ball.

The all-new 503C is designed to be an improved version of the original 505C. What you can expect from the new 5 Series C ball is more length and an even more controllable ball motion at the breakpoint. From tournament bowlers to the average league player, this ball will undoubtedly be the first ball out of the bag. This beautiful Purple/Blue/White Pearl ball in its out of the box 4000 sanded and polished state is designed for medium to dry lanes. In a larger volume of oil, just adjust the surface to a 2000 grit scuffed surface and you will gain an additional 5 boards of hook for the average player - some may see even more.

Track has designed the new 300T to be our second entry in the lower mid performance arena. The 300T is constructed with the Track symmetric core, a proven core shape in the industry for several years. We then wrapped it with a brand new coverstock blend, the LMP GEN1T Solid. This cover is designed to be very aggressive through the front part of the lane, and
have a true “T” track-tion shape in the mid lane. If you liked the 505T, this is its little brother. When your 505T starts to hook too soon, go to the 300T and keep on striking. This is a very unique color combination for Track and we know it will stand out on the lanes.

This all new 7 Series ball, the 718A, was designed to be a new and improved version of 2009’s 715A. In the two years since the introduction of the 715A, we have been working to design a more usable product for the masses. We used your feedback to design the 718A.

Track’s 916 All Terrain is truly an All Terrain vehicle on the lanes. On different lane conditions, different drilling patterns create a completely different ball motion. The 916 All Terrain utilizes a modifed version of the Leggo 2 core, which combined with the “NEW” HP Gen 4 “All Terrain” cover gives you this unbelievable versatility. Its sanded ‘box’ condition gives you fantastic Track-tion. Polish it up and get a completely different reaction. With the All Terrain, you’re ready for any condition!

Why a 6 series ball? Track’s R&D Department developed the 607ASE specifically positioned between the 505A and 715A, presenting a level of performance that bowlers are looking for, right between the two. The core is a modified version of the Legion core used in the Track Temper. Extreme Angularity is the strength of the “SE6” GEN1 coverstock, making this ball a dynamic choice for the oil patterns in typical house shots most competitive league bowlers face. Get it now, because there won’t be another 6 for some time.

Track has designed the new 300C to be our first entry in the lower mid performance arena, and our first symmetrical core in three years. This will give true Track fans the opportunity to be competitive on all lane conditions, including the driest, and garner consideration of new bowlers to make Track their first ball.

Track’s 505T is a ball that clears the heads well, is very strong in the mid-lane, and continues through the body of the pattern.

Track’s 920T packs plenty of hook for the competitive league bowler. As the lanes transition and become drier, the 920T will still give you the ‘track-tion’ you need to keep striking. We accomplished this goal by combining two strong elements from previous Track products: the popular modified Leggo core, and combining our HP Gen 2 coverstock used in the UpRising with our HP Gen 3 used in the 930T, minus the mica. Our R&D Dept. worked closely with our Manufacturing Team to develop an entirely new pouring system process in order to make this combination - our first truly hybrid Inter-Mix Technology (IMT) cover.
