Vokes breaks all events record

Submitted by Rob Herman: Ron Vokes from Racine, Wisc., set a new all-time high tally of 2321 for all events at the USBC Open in Las Vegas, Nev. Ron used a Track Kinetic for all nine games bowled. He took the lead in singles with an 857 total, throwing 30 in a row during the triple. Ron gives credit to Track PBA tour staffer Chad Kloss for suggesting the ball. Before bowling team he stopped in the Track booth and took the surface to 4000 abralon just to smooth the backend out a little.
