Track Sponsors 11th Annual Super School

HOPKINSVILLE, Kent.—The Track brand has been named the official sponsor of the 11th Annual Super School presented by Bowling This Month magazine. The 3-day intensive course will be held Aug. 7-9, 2008, at Eastern Lanes in Middleton, Ohio. A number of celebrity bowling coaches as well as bowlers wanting to improve upon their game with attend the school with all participants receiving a free premium Track ball.

“The Super School draws bowlers of all skill levels from around the world and provides a high level of instruction for those wishing to improve upon their technique and average,” said Paul Figliomeni, Track brand manager. “Track is proud to be a part of programs such as this that continue to grow the sport and enable bowlers to achieve their full potential on the lanes.”

Presented by Bowling This Month magazine, the Super School is conducted annually each summer. Coaches for this year include John Jowdy, Susie Minshew, Dug Barker, Rolf Gauger, Bill Holt, Jim King and Dean Hintz. With a low student-to-teacher ratio, the school provides students with on-lane and off-lane instruction in a relaxed, educational environment. On-lane instruction includes physical game and lane play, while classroom sessions concentrate on topics such as mental game, equipment, ball dynamics and lane play adjustments as well as two special one-hour mini courses.
