Pam’s Boys leading USBC Nationals

Mar 27, 2008

Track Ragional Staff Player Rick Guined and his Team Pam’s Boys # 1 control the lead for Team All-Events at the USBC Nationals with a score of 9736.

We brought down two teams for the tournament Pam’s Boys # 1 and Pam’s Boys # 2. We have players from all four company under the Ebonite Umbrella. We decided to name the teams after Pam Buckner the Northwest DSM for Ebonite, Hammer, Track and Columbia . Pam is retiring at the end of August and we thought this would be a great way for all of us to say thank you for all she has done for us as Staff Players. She even went above and beyond and provided a seed ball to our other six players that were not on staff. She helped determine what ball would be the best fit for each individuals game.

If our score holds on it will be a very humbling experience to be included with so many other great teams and players. We would be very proud to present Pam with the Earl Anthony Championship Trophy.

Track Regional Staff Player Rick Guined used the Kinetic Energy almost the entire tournament. He used The Rising for the first game of doubles then went back to the Kinetic Energy. The Kinetic Energy is an amazing ball, Rick stated. It so versitile over a wide variety of conditions it really gives you the confidence you need to compete on these tougher sport patterns. Mike Shequin a former PBA National player who is also a member of Pam’s Boy’s # 1 team, also used the Kinetic Energy most of the tournament.

Pam’s Boys # 1 (Jeff True, Tracy Teeters, Rick Guined, Mike Shequin, Kevin Croucher)

Pam’s Boys # 2 (Rick Satter, Paul Holden, Garret ball, Jerome Lee, Dennis Powell)
