Lee Bowlin breaks NC state record with Up-Rising!

Oct 20, 2008

HOPKINSVILLE, Kent.—Tuesday night, October 7, Lee Bowlin broke the North Carolina state record using the Track Up-Rising at Northcross Lanes in Huntersville amidst 200 other men’s league bowlers. Bowlin shot 296, 289 and 300 for the record.

“The Up-Rising does not go sideways on the backend and keeps the pins low for better carry,” said Bowlin.

A right-hander, Bowlin used a layout with the pin under the ring finger, CG kicked out a little to the right, mass bias about two inches from the thumb with no weight hole.

“Thank you Track and thank you Leon Lamm and John May at The Right Approach Pro Shop and my driller, Shawn McKee.”

Congratulations Lee!
