CHRIS MONROY BREAKS HOUSE & COUNTY RECORD WITH 505A

Worcester, MA - Chris Monroy broke the house and Worcester County, MA Series record last night in shooting an 868 in three games.
“ I had the front 22, solid 10 with a spare. Last game, I had a double, flat 10, and then went sheet. I used a 505A with pin 4” to PAP, 1” from VAL, MB at 90 degrees and weight hole 4” from center of grip.” Monroy said.
Monroy has become a huge fan of the 505A, “By far and bar none, the 505A is the best of the number series balls. I have also found it to be the most versatile of the number series balls. My average has increased at least 10 pins in the last three weeks and I just shot 719 in PBA league for three games on Scorpion, switching pairs after every game”
The 505A was designed to be more angular at the breakpoint, and Monroy agrees that it gives a much more readable ball reaction on a variety of patterns.
Monroy has made the cut at the last three NEBA’s and most recently went +196 for 5 games.
